Insight Global Named One of Fortune’s Best Workplaces For Millennials in 2022

Insight Global was a named a finalist for Fortune‘s best workplaces for millennials list in 2022, coming in 37th on the ranking of large companies. The company was also nominated for the same award in 2021.

“To be awarded as a top workplace for millennials is a real honor for us because this is direct feedback from our people about working here,” said Eli Doster, the Chief Talent Officer at Insight Global.

“Our culture and our people are everything to us, and we’ll never stop innovating how we develop all of our people so that they can grow personally, professionally, and financially.”

Fortune and Great Places to Work, an analytics firm, surveyed employees to gather how they feel about their companies. Some of the factors taken into account when Fortune curated the list based on the survey include:

  • trust and respect for the company
  • fairness employees feel at work
  • credibility
  • pride and camaraderie employees feel for the company

One of the survey respondents said the following about Insight Global:

“Insight Global does a fantastic job of clearly laying out the path to get promoted or reach specific milestones and leadership helps you to get there. They find ways to get you mentors that will back and support you, advocate for you in a variety of ways and you are always a part of a team, never left to your own devices to accomplish any task.”

With growing fears in the workforce about job security, Insight Global is proud to be a company that puts its people–of all generations–first. IG was also recently named a top company for leadership and career growth, as well. CEO Bert Bean also earned recognition as a top CEO for women and diversity.
