The flood of millions of people quitting their jobs in recent months has been described as the Great Resignation. The COVID-19 pandemic has been a wake-up call for many people from all backgrounds, age groups and demographics, causing a wave of those who are looking for something more when it comes to work. This phenomenon is the result of a realization that work, and the workplace, have to mean more. Whether people are quitting jobs due to a desire for more flexibility and remote opportunities, money or happiness, it has inspired people to find more fulfillment in the day-to-day.
