Jessica Calzaretta and Jenny Sabo Among the Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing

Two Insight Global employees were recently named to the Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). Jessica Calzaretta and Jenny Sabo join the list of women recognized for their leadership and for their impact on the staffing industry.

Jessica Calzaretta, President IG Health

In 2018, Calzaretta became the second female Vice-President at Insight Global. During her tenure in that role, she helped found the Women’s Leadership Council (WLC), a group created to empower, inspire, and develop Insight Global’s current and future female leaders.

In 2021, Calzaretta moved into the role of President of IG Health. In just two short years, she built the IG Health staffing division team across 30+ markets for healthcare staffing. In addition, IG Health has placed more than 4,000 workers across 600 healthcare entities. In December 2022, IG Health earned their Health Care Staffing Services (HCSS) Joint Commission Certification.

Calzaretta exemplifies what women can achieve in the workforce, and she wants to help other women succeed as well. As a wife and a mother herself, Calzaretta understands firsthand the challenges faced by working parents. Through her work on the WLC, she has advocated for improved family leave and fertility support programs.

With a background in law, Sabo first joined Insight Global in 2017 as Associate General Counsel before being promoted to Senior Associate General Counsel. In 2021, she moved into the role of Vice President of Human Resources (HR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

At Insight Global, ESG consists of the Women’s Leadership Council, the Wellness team, the Philanthropy Program, the Diversity Council, the Sustainability Council, and Community and Partnerships. Sabo has spearheaded wellness initiatives such as offering company-paid mental health resources through Grow Counseling to all employees. The Philanthropy Program has also grown in recent years. In 2022, employees raised more than $1,000,000 for the Be the Light Fund, which supports multiple charity partners. In addition, 100+ employees volunteered at the inaugural Be the Light Tour event, a mobile career center.

Under Sabo’s leadership, Insight Global won Comparably’s award for Best HR Teams 2022.
