We are proud to announce that Insight Global donated over $180,000 to charity and placed 9,000 Consultants through its 5th annual giving campaign, Jobs & Joy.
Through Jobs & Joy, for every 100th hire placed, both the new hire and their hiring manager have the opportunity to give back by selecting one of Insight Global’s eight highlighted charity partners to give a $1,000 donation made on their behalf.
Insight Global is honored to partner with the following charity organizations this year:
- OneWorld Health – Partners with communities in developing countries to bring permanent, sustainable healthcare to the chronically underserved. Insight Global has committed to building 10 full grit clinics by 2025 in Uganda, Honduras and Nicaragua.
- Make-A-Wish Georgia – Grants wishes to children between the ages of 2-17 facing life-threatening illnesses. This year Insight Global celebrated our second wish kid, Holland and his family going on a Disney Cruise.
- Big Brothers Big Sisters of America – Support for the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) program led by Big Brothers Big Sisters to help provide more access for kids to mentors and support.
- Best Buddies Georgia – Insight Global helped launch the Best Buddies Jobs Program in Georgia (include the link) which empowers individuals with IDD (Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities) to secure successful jobs, live independently, improve public speaking, self-advocacy, and communication skills, and feel valued by society.
- Movember – Helps take on the three biggest health issues affecting men: mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.
- 5Gyres – Helped Insight Global launch sustainability initiatives including trash blitzes in our offices, plastic reduction campaigns, and recycling efforts to help keep our planet healthy.
- Susan G. Komen – Invests in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.
- Insight Global Family Foundation (IGFF) – Supports our employees, consultants, and 1099’s going through unexpected financial hardships like natural disasters and unexpected medical bills. Funded by employees for our employees since inception the foundation has given out over $3.4 million in grants to those in need.
“We’re more than a staffing company and our purpose is to Be The Light to the world around us,” said Hannah Jenkins, Philanthropy Program Manager. “Our efforts alongside our charity partners help us put Be The Light into action and we’re so grateful for the opportunity each holiday season to bring more light into the world with our wonderful partners. Jobs & Joy reinforces the collective impact we achieve when we support causes that matter to us.”
