The Tooling Design Engineer is responsible for technical ownership of the Invar layup mold design scope, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, manufacturing intent, and release-level documentation prior to design handoff. Our client s is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Level 2 Onsite Support professional to join our team in our corporate head office in Alpharetta. This role focuses primarily on supporting employees in our head office, while collaborating closely with colleagues across the USA. You?ll also work in partnership with Level 1 Service Desk teams and Level 3 specialists to deliver efficient, reliable IT support and stable operations. This role is ideal for a developing support professional (typically 1?3 years? experience) who is eager to learn fast and grow quickly in a hands-on, high-volume onsite environment. We?re looking for someone with high learning agility who can ramp up rapidly, take ownership, and operate with pace while maintaining excellent customer service and ticket quality. The pay rate for this role ranges based on years of experience between $20-30/hour.
