Our client is seeking a Project Manager for their federal team based at Fort Stewart and the Hunter Army Airfield location near Savannah, GA (military experience encouraged, but not required). Their team there is responsible for long-term energy efficiency and sustainability projects, primarily related to HVAC, HVAC controls, BAS, metering, MEP, electrical and utilities systems.? Serve as one of the primary on-site leaders for execution on assigned projects, including installation, service, and maintenance of building equipment, systems, and technologies, primarily working with electrical, building automation (BAS, and HVAC mechanical equipment.? Manages the selection, scope of work, procurement, quality and payment of project materials, vendors and subcontractors. ? Negotiates, prepares and issues subcontracts.? Develops project schedules and execute according to plan.? Ensures that assigned projects are done accurately, on-time, billed within budget and within scope of the contract. ? Ensures work performed is in compliance with contracts and legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics.? Adheres to and ensures project personnel and subcontractors adhere to all safety standards, internal policies, and US Army Corps of Engineers requirements regarding health and safety.? Understand project and contract scopes; actively pursue growth opportunities that will help the customer achieve desired outcomes.? Help prepare and approve cost estimates, contract terms & conditions, and technical responses to client requests for information, bids, and proposals.? Ensure electricians, mechanics, technicians and subcontractors complete assigned work per established standards, and thoroughly communicate the services performed and completion criteria to customers.? Along with the Senior Project Manager, analyzes financial reporting and project schedules to proactively address potential problems. Effectively communicates project progress, issues and financial status to leadership as required.? Provide periodic project status updates, and monthly revenue, cost, and gross margin forecasts.? Manage risk, establish project recovery plans, and resolve disputes to minimize escalation.? Ensure project document controls and deliverables comply with contract requirements and customer standards.? Manages the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned.? A restaurant industry client of Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. This role will be gathering requirements for an RFP around backoffice systems. This person is supposed to gather requirements, research and understand true problems, rank the value of needs and wants, make suggestions on where they need to invest, and be tech agnostic. This person will be dealing with multiple needs for multiple stakeholders and competing needs and needs to be able to juggle it all to understand the true need/problem. This person needs to be able to present weekly readouts to executives. The end goal of this project is an RFP that discusses what is needed for the team in the future ? that could be building a custom application or pushing out an RFP to vendors to bid on for a back office solution. Compensation:$60/hr to $68/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one ofemployment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
