We are seeking a highly experienced Revit Designer to support industrial projects with a strong focus on brownfield / existing facility work. This individual will be responsible for building fully coordinated 3D structural models and construction drawing packages used for execution in the field.This is a hands-on, full-time Revit role ? ideal for someone who specializes in modeling complex structural systems and can work independently in a high-volume project environment.Key Responsibilities? Develop and manage detailed 3D Revit models for structural systems (steel and concrete)? Produce construction-ready drawing packages directly from Revit (plans, sections, details)? Model structural components including:? Pipe racks? Equipment platforms? Steel structures? Concrete foundations? Coordinate closely with engineering and multi-discipline teams to ensure full model integration (structural, mechanical, electrical)? Support brownfield / retrofit projects, integrating new designs into existing facilities? Identify and resolve clashes/issues in the model before construction? A large financial services clietn is looking for a Client Service Representative to join Custody Solutions. This person will serve as the frontline ambassador for our digital-forward custody platform. This role is designed for a high-energy professional capable of managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications while delivering institutional-grade support to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). You will balance operational efficiency with a “client-first” advocacy mindset to drive asset retention and platform growth. This person will be focused on a certain aspect of their business called Custody. This willl entail having contact with registered investment advisors as well as clietns that are working thorugh the investement application. Our client is seeking a Safety Coordinator/Senior Safety Coordinator to ensure the team meets all safety requirements. This position will be in the field and on site at a Data Center in Eagle Mountain, Utah to help manage and coordinate all division safety activities ? ??Tours and inspects small, mid-size or large, complex job sites to ensure compliance with company, state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations. ? Reports concerns to safety management. Ensures Enforcement of OSHA regulations and company safety policies.? Documents safety inspections, citing dangerous areas/procedures and recommending corrective procedures. ? Provides recommendations for correcting non-compliance issues. Ensures cited issues are corrected within designated timeframe. ? Maintains all site required documentation related to safety issues, including accident reports, inspection reports and training logs.? Develops current and future loss control strategies and implements corrective actions to prevent similar incidents. ? Provides emergency response to employees as needed. ? Participates in and documents information for the investigation of accidents and injuries and submits data to regulatory agencies as required. ? Contributes to updating training materials and manages employee training as necessary. ?
