The Financial Reporting Manager will support Kinder Morgan?s external reporting team and be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating SEC filings, GAAP financial statements, earnings release materials, and other regulatory reporting requirements. This individual will manage complex reporting processes, prepare financial statement footnotes and disclosures, support technical accounting research, partner with auditors and cross-functional teams, and help mentor junior team members. Responsible for all financial reporting, tracking and projection of all labor, material, job expenses, and changes for each project assigned.Manage Superintendent/CAD construction drawings to insure appropriate installation.Create and maintain a complete project budget using Superintendent construction drawings.Monthly financial projections for each project assigned.Create a project specific schedule of values that will maintain positive cash flowMonthly progress billing for each project assigned.Create, submit, and manage all submittals throughout the entire project.Maintain all submittal, drawing, correspondence, and change logs.Submit, review for added cost, file, and log all RFI?s.Price, budget, track, sell, and collect all proposed changes.Purchase all materials per Prism SOP.Prepare, organize, and manage material buyouts.Schedule and track all material releases. Coordinate with a Superintendent as needed.Track major deliveries to jobsites.Actively assist project Superintendent with all miscellaneous issues as necessary. (Material, information, special items, constructability, etc.).Set up all cost codes and production tracking with Superintendent.Assist Superintendent in production tracking and analysis.Weekly jobsite visits and attend all jobsite meetings as required.Prepare all outgoing correspondence as needed.Project schedule analysis. Issue notices and alerts as required.Effectively partner with jobsite Superintendent.Organize and submit job closeout documentation. The Data Analyst, Revenue Analytics will serve as a key contributor supporting revenue cycle analytics, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting initiatives. This role requires advanced SQL expertise and the ability to independently write, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain complex queries across large healthcare revenue cycle datasets. The analyst will work directly with claims, payments, denials, reimbursement, and operational data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.A significant portion of the role will be spent querying databases, validating data integrity, investigating anomalies, troubleshooting ETL failures, and supporting data movement processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and can effectively translate complex technical findings into business-friendly recommendations for finance, operations, and executive leadership.While the organization leverages modern tools such as Databricks, the environment remains heavily rooted in SQL Server technologies, making strong SQL development skills essential.
