Insight Global is currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Consultant for one of our largest Food Distribution customers in the Houston, TX area. This individual will partner directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define, design, develop, and implement a scalable Incentive Pay System. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, translating compensation plans and business rules into technical specifications, designing application architecture, developing front-end and back-end components, building APIs and integrations, creating configurable commission and bonus calculation engines, developing dashboards and reporting tools, supporting HRIS, payroll, CRM, ERP, and finance integrations, and ensuring all incentive calculations are accurate, auditable, and traceable. The ideal candidate will have strong full stack development experience, experience working directly with business stakeholders, expertise in application architecture and relational databases, and a proven ability to translate complex compensation processes into technical solutions. Previous experience developing or supporting incentive compensation, commission, bonus, sales performance management, or payroll-related systems is highly preferred. This position is a contract consulting opportunity supporting a U.S.-based team and can be worked remotely or in a hybrid capacity depending on project requirements and candidate location. As a Superintendent on construction team in the Greater Houston Area, you will own day-to-day field execution in an advanced solar manufacturing facility build. You will lead craft and contractors in your assigned discipline or area, driving productivity, clearing constraints, and holding the line on safety, quality, and schedule from workface planning through completion. Whether your background is civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, controls, or process/tool install construction, you will be the on-the-ground leader who turns the plan into installed, production-ready work. If you lead from the field, solve problems in real time, and refuse to let construction stall manufacturing ramp, this role was built for you.What You?ll Do- Own day-to-day field supervision for an assigned discipline or manufacturing area, directing craft and contractor crews from workfront release through installation, inspection, and completion – Drive crew productivity and work packaging execution, ensuring labor, materials, equipment, and information are ready at the workface before production starts – Identify and remove constraints in real time: design clashes, material gaps, access conflicts, quality holds, utility interfaces, and sequencing issues, before they impact tool install or start-up milestones – Enforce zero-compromise safety and quality standards appropriate to manufacturing facility construction, including controlled environments and process utility interfaces where applicable – Coordinate across adjacent disciplines and area teams to sequence work, protect interfaces, and keep construction aligned with manufacturing readiness and commissioning priorities – Partner with Construction Project Managers, Field Engineers, Quality, and Procurement to maintain accurate look-ahead plans, progress reporting, and recovery actions when output slips – Lead and develop foremen and craft leadership, building accountability, urgency, and consistent execution across shifts and workfrontsPay range for this role is $45 – $85 depending on years of experience and education.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is looking to hire a Data Analyst to work onsite at one of their premier clients in Spring, Texas (North Houston). This person will be working within a Product Planning organization, focusing on the following areas:- Data analytics/reporting: DataSight optimization, IDC/channel reports, telemetry insights, market and financial analysis. – Executive presentation data: Processing data and transforming it into a “story” for management/Executive leadership to present on. – Attach rate and commodity data support: attach rate reporting, data cleanup, panel mapping, commodity databases, and related analysis. – Competitive intelligence: competitive spec tracking, product experience benchmarking, customer review monitoring, and quarterly summaries of key insights from reviews, blogs, forums, and other external sources. – AI tools/agents: development and maintenance of AI agents/toolsThis role is hybrid (3-4 days onsite) with a typical work schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST (some flexibility on start/end times).Compensation: $40-45/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to skills, experience, and education.
