Insight Global is seeking a Senior BI Engineer for a leading healthcare technology organization. This role focuses on building and optimizing enterprise-scale business intelligence solutions using Databricks, SQL, and Power BI. The Senior BI Engineer will work across both backend data engineering and frontend reporting, partnering directly with stakeholders to translate complex business problems into actionable insights. This individual will serve as a technical leader, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the evolution of modern analytics capabilities, including automation and AI-enabled reporting.Day-to-Day:- Design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports and datasets- Build and maintain SQL and Databricks solutions supporting BI use cases- Translate business questions into scalable analytics and reporting solutions- Optimize report performance using DAX and data modeling best practices- Support data validation, accuracy checks, and troubleshooting- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and recommend solutions- Mentor BI Engineer IIs and contribute to technical design discussions- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and code reviews- Support automation, governance, and security initiatives within the BI platform- Publish and maintain reports following established standardsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Support testing activities for automotive seating and interior products? Coordinate with technicians and test labs to schedule and execute validation testing? Review customer, regulatory, and internal requirements to ensure testing coverage? Analyze test data, document results, and identify potential issues or failure modes? Review customer, regulatory, internal, and supplier requirements to identify missing, conflicting, or unclear information? Plan, coordinate, perform, and document physical testing for automotive seating and interior products? Work with airbag testing? Provide technical direction to testing technicians once testing methods have been established? Analyze testing data, document failure modes, determine compliance, and prepare technical reports? Review CAE reports and compare analytical results to physical testing data? Coordinate with Design Engineers, technicians, suppliers, laboratories, manufacturing, quality teams, and customers? Support root-cause analysis and develop practical countermeasure concepts for product failuresJob DescriptionThe Senior Product Validation Engineer manages design verification and validation activities for automotive seating and interior products throughout the product development lifecycle. This individual translates customer, regulatory, supplier, and internal requirements into executable DVP&R plans and coordinates testing from initial planning through final reporting. On a daily basis, they support physical testing, review CAE and test results, identify technical risks, and communicate concerns to engineering and cross-functional teams. They also help determine root causes when products do not meet requirements and work with Design Engineers to develop practical countermeasures.
