One of Insight Global’s clients is seeking an IT Manager, Data Interface Services who will be part of the Technology & Digital Innovation group?s management team. The position requires to work closely with various departments within the IT and operational organization. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with repetitive tasks, highly organized, and able to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.Responsibilities:? Scan high volumes of paper documents and convert them into digital files? Accurately name, label, and save files according to standardized naming conventions? Organize digital documents into appropriate folders and systems for easy access? Review scanned documents to ensure quality, completeness, and readability? Maintain organization of physical files before and after scanning? Handle documents with confidentiality and care, ensuring proper data handling procedures? Follow established processes to maintain consistency across all records? ?Lead Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams supporting the global eCommerce platform and related digital initiatives?Facilitate and optimize Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning?Drive execution and delivery alignment across Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders?Partner closely with Product Owners and leadership teams to ensure prioritization, sprint readiness, and roadmap alignment?Identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies impacting timelines or release quality?Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, delivery best practices, and continuous improvement?Drive Agile maturity initiatives and contribute to scaling Agile practices across the organization?Support enterprise release planning and coordination for high-visibility eCommerce production deployments?Monitor and analyze team performance metrics including velocity, sprint predictability, burn-down trends, release readiness, and quality indicators?Facilitate communication and executive-level reporting for project status, delivery health, risks, and dependencies?Collaborate with Quality Engineering teams to ensure testing, defect management, and quality gates are embedded within sprint execution?Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement?Lead coordination efforts across global and offshore delivery teams operating in multiple time zones?Maintain Agile governance, reporting, dashboards, and documentation within Jira and Confluence?Create executive dashboards, sprint analytics, release reporting, RAID logs, and delivery documentation using Jira and ConfluenceWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
