The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with urgency, maintains discretion, and is confident managing strong personalities while keeping executives organized and on track.This role will report into the Chief People Officer (CPO – HR).Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex, constantly shifting calendars for the CEO (primary), CPO, and CFOOwn end-to-end scheduling including prioritization, rescheduling, and conflict resolutionCoordinate domestic travel logistics (heavy booking + real-time adjustments)Prepare and submit expense reports (Concur preferred)Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for executives (internal and external stakeholders)Prepare materials and presentations for meetingsCoordinate meetings, events, and catering logisticsMaintain and manage highly confidential information with discretionProactively keep executives aligned on priorities, commitments, and follow-upsSupport ad hoc projects and executive-level initiativesCompensation: $55.00/hr to 70.00/hr. Insight Global is sourcing for an AI Engineer to join a global consulting firm assisting in the Data Analytics Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agentic AI and supporting transformation of applications. This is an individual contributor role directly supporting stakeholders with a true solutions oriented mindset. Requirements include: design, build, and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Langflow, and MCP Servers, enabling multi-agent collaboration and tool-use. Develop end-to-end agentic pipelines for reasoning, planning, and action-taking using LLM orchestration techniques. Leverage large language models (LLMs) ? including GPT, Gemini, and Anthropic models? for domain-specific use cases. This is a fast-paced, experimental environment where agility, creativity, and technical excellence are key. This position will be fully remote in India working roughly 11:00-7:00 PM IST. Pay-rate: $16-20/hour USD.
