We are hiring a Senior Applied AI Engineer to help us find and deliver practical AI solutions across the company. This is a hands-on role that covers the full life of a project ? from sitting down with business teams to understand a problem, to deciding whether and how AI can help to building the solution, getting it into production, and making sure people actually use it.You will split your time between business-facing work and engineering. Some weeks that means running discovery sessions and mapping how a process works today; other weeks it means writing code or configuring a platform. We care more about solving the problem well than about which tool you used to solve it.You should be comfortable starting from a vague problem rather than a written spec ? asking good questions, defining what success looks like, and moving the work forward without waiting to be told what to do next. What You Will Do:Work with the business- Meet with business teams to find and prioritize problems where AI can genuinely help, and be honest about where it can’t.- Run discovery sessions: ask good questions, map how the work gets done today, and pin down the actual problem before proposing anything.- Define what success looks like for each project, including the measures you will use to show it worked.- Turn rough ideas into clear problem statements, options, and plans that both leaders and engineers can act on.Design and build- Design and build AI solutions such as copilots, agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications, and workflow automations on the platforms we use today, including Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.- Pick the right approach for each problem, whether that’s custom code (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, csharp) or configuration on platforms like Power Automate or Logic Apps.- Follow solid engineering practices: version control, testing, CI/CD, and evaluation of AI output quality.- Integrate what you build with our enterprise systems, data, and APIs, with security considered from the start.- Stay with each project through deployment, adoption, support, and improvement. You own the outcome, not just the code.Make it enterprise-ready- Work with our security, architecture, governance, and compliance teams to get solutions ready for production.- Weigh trade-offs like cost, performance, reliability, and maintainability, and explain them in plain business terms.- Set up monitoring and feedback loops, track whether the solution is being used and delivering value, and adjust based on what you learn.- Help teams adopt what you build through training, feedback sessions, and change support.Share what you know- Explain AI capabilities, limits, and risks clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike.- Document your designs and decisions so others can support and build on your work.- Coach teammates, review designs, and contribute to shared patterns and standards as the team grows.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are looking for a BA to:? Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory and clinical business product owners and end users to understand data and analytics requirements.? Craft functional requirements, technical requirements, stage to target mapping documentation? Analyze and triage the business requirements to understand scope and data sources? Own the creation of functional requirement document detailing the metrics, KPIs and related data sources as needed by the functional team.? Create data mapping documents and break down epics and user stories for engineering teams? Collaborate with the overall project manager and reporting workstream lead to manage scope and user feedback? Collaborate with dev and engineering teams on delivery of data products? Co-ordinate with testing and validation teams and manage testing cycles including user acceptance testing. Verify test scripts against the requirements captured? Insight Global is seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations and Quality Management System activities within a medical device/component manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for supporting QMS effectiveness, maintaining compliance with ISO 13485:2016 standards, and partnering cross-functionally with quality, engineering, and production teams to support product quality and operational performance.The Quality Engineer will provide hands-on shop floor support, assist with root cause analysis, support CAPA and nonconforming material processes, and help drive continuous improvement across quality and manufacturing operations. This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, experience working within regulated manufacturing environments, and the ability to support day-to-day quality activities in a fast-paced onsite setting.Location: Norwood, MASchedule: 5 days/week onsiteEmployment Type: Full-TimeResponsibilities-Support the maintenance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 13485:2016 requirements.-Provide shop floor support for production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and quality-related manufacturing issues.-Support Red Cart processes, Gemba Walks, and day-to-day manufacturing quality activities.-Own and support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities.-Support equipment qualification and validation processes, including IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.-Partner with engineering teams to draft, review, and execute protocols.-Own and support Nonconforming Material processes and lead MRB activities where applicable.-Perform First Article Inspections in partnership with quality control personnel.-Create and execute Measurement System Analysis activities, including Gage R&R, where applicable.-Support day-to-day operational initiatives focused on KPI improvement and business objectives.-Support Approved Supplier List evaluations, reporting, and supplier feedback activities.-Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms.Provide input into FMEAs and risk management activities.-Perform product quality inspections, equipment calibration, and training activities as needed.-Support additional quality and manufacturing responsibilities as assigned.Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
