The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions to enhance the administration. This role involves collaborating with IT teams, and other stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and develop data-driven solutions to support the administrations strategic objectives.Compensation:$50-60/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Insight Global is sourcing for a Product Analyst to join a global consulting firm within their GenAI portfolio. This role will support product releases involving Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and other AI products, as well as AI consumption modeling and portfolio reporting. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required.This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Analytics, Automation, Compliance, and Engineering, helping drive successful AI product releases/updates, while supporting strategic initiatives related to AI consumption, skill migration, automation, and data governance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can independently manage multiple workstreams, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and bring structure to complex, evolving initiatives. Insight Global is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager for a full-time, three-month contract. This consultant will provide hands-on project leadership across a broad range of HR priorities, stepping into project-based initiatives that require structure, coordination, documentation, and follow-through. The role will have a particular focus on Learning & Development program implementation and the creation and organization of job series, while remaining flexible to support additional HR projects as business needs evolve.The ideal candidate combines practical HR knowledge with strong project management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. This person will partner with HR leaders, Learning & Development stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business leaders to assess needs, define scope, organize workplans, document decisions, and move initiatives from planning through implementation. This is a hands-on project delivery role rather than a traditional HR generalist or recruiting position.Key Responsibilities?Lead and coordinate project-based HR initiatives from discovery and scoping through planning, execution, implementation, and closeout.?Serve as a flexible project resource across the HR function, quickly organizing ambiguous priorities and establishing clear goals, deliverables, owners, timelines, dependencies, and decision points.?Coordinate the implementation and rollout of Learning & Development initiatives, with an emphasis on supervisor, manager, and employee training programs.?Develop and maintain training implementation plans, calendars, learner rosters, communication schedules, status updates, risk logs, and readiness requirements.?Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, facilitator preparation, learner communications, materials, delivery requirements, completion tracking, and follow-up support.?Support learning administration within UKG or other learning systems, including assignments, enrollment, learner records, completion tracking, and reporting.?Lead or support job series creation by gathering role information, partnering with subject matter experts, and organizing related job families, levels, responsibilities, competencies, and documentation.?Create, review, and maintain job descriptions, role profiles, job responsibilities, and other structured job documentation using consistent standards and naming conventions.?Assess current-state HR processes, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and recommend practical improvements that strengthen efficiency, clarity, governance, and the employee experience.?Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, process maps, templates, guides, job aids, and handoff materials.?Facilitate working sessions and stakeholder reviews to gather input, resolve open questions, document decisions, and maintain project momentum.?Monitor milestones, risks, issues, resource constraints, adoption, and completion metrics; escalate barriers and drive timely resolution.?Coordinate communications, change support, document rollouts, stakeholder training, and adoption tracking for organization-wide HR initiatives.?Establish organized documentation repositories and sustainable handoff processes so HR materials remain accurate, accessible, current, and maintainable.?Provide additional project coordination and operational support across HR as priorities evolve during the engagement.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
