IAM Analyst (REMOTE)

Boston, MA

We are seeking an IAM Analyst to support enterprise Identity & Access Management operations on a 24×7, 365 Global Service Desk for a law firm. This individual will focus on core authentication support, access security, and IAM validation processes while working across both on-prem Active Directory and cloud-based Microsoft Entra ID / Azure environments. The firm is in the Top 50 largest law firms in the world; they focus on corporate, litigation, intellectual property, fund formation, public markets, employment, life sciences (#1 law firm for tech and life sciences IPOs), clean technology, real estate, financial services, retail, regulatory and energy practices. The firm received the following awards form Fortune Magazine: Best Companies to Work For, Best Workplaces for Women, Best Workplaces for Flexibility, Best Workplaces for Giving Back, and Best Workplaces for Parents.These roles can sit fully remote. We will provide all necessary equipment needed for the role. You will accrue up to 10 days PTO, and paid holidays (you can also volunteer to work holidays as needed). IAM shifts – (listed in EST but can sit anywhere). You have an hour lunch break and two 15 min breaks, otherwise you are logged in to your monitor. 12am-9am EST – Thu-Mon6am-3pm EST – Fri-Tues8am-5pm EST – Mon-Fri12pm-9pm EST – Tue-Sat4pm-1am EST – Sat-WedKey Responsibilities:Core Authentication Support-Handle password resets, account unlocks, and MFA enrollment/troubleshooting-Provide Tier 1?2 support for authentication and access-related issues-Troubleshoot login failures, access denials, and identity-related incidents Access & Identity Security-Validate user entitlements and ensure least-privilege access controls-Support identity lifecycle processes (joiner / mover / leaver workflows)-Assist in building and enhancing employee identity validation processes- Participate in access reviews and certification activities Escalation & Testing-Validate IAM-related escalations before routing to IAM engineering or SOC teams- Support IAM system testing related to security threats and vulnerability assessments- Monitor IAM systems for anomalies and assist with reporting and remediation efforts Operational IAM Support-Administer users, groups, and permissions within Active Directory and Entra ID-Fulfill access requests and ensure proper approvals and documentation-Maintain clear documentation for IAM processes, policies, and troubleshooting-Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, and Infrastructure teamsCompensation:$28/hr to $35/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Certified Pharmacy Technician

Stoughton, MA

Insight Global is looking for Prior Authorization Certified Pharmacy Technicians to work fully remote in support of one of our large healthcare clients. Within this role, this person will provide patient care by removing the barriers to medication access. Working with insurance companies and clinician offices to facilitate approval of medications through prior authorizations. Working with patients and a variety of funding sources such as foundations, or directly through manufactures to obtain financial assistance for high dollar co-pays. Provide phone support to patients by navigating a variety of pharmacy dispensing systems to adjudicate claims, refill medications, and increase adherence in patients. Below are the key responsibilities for this role:?Directly communicate with insurance companies to facilitate the approval of medications.?Navigate pharmacy operating systems to input data, perform adjudication on test claims and prepare action plans for follow-up.?Effectively communicate across databases, electronic medical records and emails to document patient concerns, prior authorization status, and financial assistance needs.?Review prescriptions with doctors’ offices to ensure optimal care of the patient.?Keep complete and accurate records of patient communications.?Assist patients in the management of their pharmacy insurance claims.?Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy liaisons to provide an integrated approach quality patient care.?Communicate directly with patients over the phone to assist them in all aspects of medication compliance.?Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.?Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.?Apply observations and recommendations to operational issues, increased productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.?Identify trends, resolve problems; recommend improvements; implement change.?Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.?Act as a value-added business partner to stakeholders throughout the organization.?Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.?Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.?Minimal in or out of state travel may be required.?Perform other duties as assigned. Automation and Operations Lead – India

Waltham, MA

An employer in the life sciences industry is looking for an Automation Operations Lead to oversee and drive all automation-related operations and incident management across their environment. This individual will be responsible for owning the full lifecycle of automation incidents, ensuring SLA adherence, and leading a team of automation operations resources to deliver consistent, high-quality support. This role sits at the center of operations, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, automation teams, and engineering, ensuring that automation processes are stable, efficient, and continuously improving. This role is highly fast-paced and requires someone who can operate in real time, especially during critical business periods such as monthly and quarterly close cycles, where automation reliability is essential. On a typical day, the Automation Operations Lead will spend a significant portion of their time reviewing incoming incidents, assessing priority levels, and ensuring tickets are properly triaged and assigned across a team of offshore automation resources. They will actively monitor automation runs, failures, and SLA metrics, while stepping in to guide the team through complex or high-impact issues. Another portion of their time will be spent engaging with business stakeholders to understand process impacts, communicate status updates, and escalate recurring failures that require deeper investigation. The remaining time will be dedicated to partnering with development teams and automation engineers to drive root cause analysis, implement long-term fixes, and improve overall system stability. This individual will oversee an automation ecosystem heavily built on UiPath, with additional exposure to tools such as Power Automate and cloud platforms like AWS. They will be responsible for managing automation processes end-to-end, ensuring proper handoff to production, and maintaining ongoing monitoring and performance oversight. In situations where automations are failing repeatedly, this person will be expected to ask the right questions, challenge the root cause, and push toward permanent solutions rather than temporary fixes. They will also ensure that all work is tracked through proper ticketing channels, that incidents are documented and resolved in alignment with SLAs, and that reporting is clear and actionable for both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires strong leadership and accountability, as the Automation Operations Lead will be responsible for driving performance across a team that focuses on execution but relies on this individual for direction, prioritization, and structure. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to stabilize automation environments, reduce incident volume over time, enforce operational rigor, and effectively communicate across technical teams and business stakeholders.
