We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director and Deputy Director during a transitional period. This role is critical to ensuring continuity, organization, and effective communication while responsibilities transition internally. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner and gatekeeper for leadership, managing daily administrative and coordination needs.Key Responsibilities? Provide direct administrative support to the Director and Deputy Director? Act as the gatekeeper for the Director?s Office, managing access, communications, and priorities? Manage complex calendars and schedules, including coordinating internal and external meetings? Prepare and edit materials such as PowerPoint presentations, agendas, and meeting documentation? Attend leadership team meetings and capture meeting minutes? Coordinate logistics for on-site visitors and Director travel? Handle expense management and submissions, including use of internal systems for invoice processing? Serve as the first line of communication for the Director?s Office, including email, phone calls, and correspondence? Communicate with external partners to schedule meetings and coordinate logistics? Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Desktop Engineer to join a prestigious global law firm client. The engineer is responsible for managing and supporting desktop systems and infrastructure within the firm. This role requires a strong technical background and expertise in desktop operating systems, software deployment, system administration, and advanced troubleshooting. The Manager of Research Security is tasked with developing and implementing security protocols to protect sensitive research data and facilities from potential threats. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of security measures and compliance standards to ensure the safety of personnel and the integrity of research activities.
