We?re seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Rep (HVAC Services) to grow our commercial HVAC service business through new client acquisition and long-term relationship development. We are looking for a self-motivated, quality-minded, highly skilled Welder to join our production team at our facility in Topeka, KS. In this position, welders work on in-house projects. Welders are expected to safely complete each job within specific deadlines to ensure we meet our customers? needs. Key Responsibilities – Interpret and follow proper welding procedures and welding symbols on drawings.- Use calibrated measuring tools (measuring tapes, squares, etc.) to properly fit up assemblies.- Utilize industry tools and equipment. Hand, pneumatic, electric, and battery powered tools. Plasma cutters, oxyacetylene torches, and carbon air arc.- Weld parts in various positions, processes (GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW), and materials (Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel).- Clean and maintain equipment and work area.- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.- Assist in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
