They will directly manage and mentor two front-end developers while collaborating closely with product, back-end, and DevOps teams. The role also includes hands-on full-stack work, contributing PHP services and MySQL database support, partnering on API design, and helping scale and optimize application performance. The Director of Engineering leads and oversees the Engineering Department, ensuring successful project delivery from concept through completion. This role is responsible for strategic resource planning, schedule and budget oversight, and project accountability. The Director partners closely with Project Management, Pre-fabrication, and Production teams to drive aligned execution across the organization. This role is responsible for building trusted relationships with farmers, ranchers, and producers while driving sales of crop protection, crop nutrients, seed products, and related services.
