A client has developed an application used by 35 states to recruit, vet, and mobilize health care responders. Each state has customized their site, and we are now in the process of migrating data from the old system to the new one.We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to work with the end customers to assist in migrating them from the legacy system to their new system. This role involves creating configuration documents, doing the hands on configuration in the system for each client, and creating and facilitating virtual trainings for each client to teach them how to navigate the new application. You will work with a small team of experienced IT professionals and interface directly with stakeholders to understand their challenges and develop solutions. Your daily contributions will have direct, positive impacts on our employees, agents, and customers. Our clients application portfolio contains both packaged and custom-developed applications in a Microsoft environment on various platforms. You will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of this portfolio by writing test cases and scripts, running manual tests, and documenting results.The team is currently in a more manual type of environment looking to move into Automated practices – would like this person to be comfortable in bringing this effort to fruition.Salary expectation: $75,000-90,000K annually.
