We are seeking a highly skilled P6 Cloud Configurator to lead the technical design, system setup, and functional optimization of our enterprise project controls platform. In this role, you will analyze our existing business processes and translate them into a tailored, scalable Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) or P6 EPPM cloud environment. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise conversion and modernization program. This individual will play a critical role in process definition, testing coordination, reporting, and quality assurance activities across multiple project teams.The ideal candidate is a hands-on, adaptable professional who can operate effectively in both structured and ambiguous environments. This role requires someone who is comfortable documenting business processes, developing testing artifacts, executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performing quality reviews, and providing visibility into project progress and outcomes.Given the complexity of the environment, this individual must be flexible in their approach and capable of working across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models while helping establish governance and consistency where processes may vary significantly from team to team.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business and technology teams to document current-state and future-state business processes.Create process maps, workflows, requirements documentation, and operational procedures.Develop and maintain UAT plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing activities across multiple project teams.Perform quality control reviews of business requirements, testing artifacts, and project documentation.Track, manage, and report on testing progress, defects, risks, and readiness metrics.Aggregate status updates and produce executive-level reporting for program leadership.Work closely with teams to identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.Support data validation and business process verification during testing cycles.Help establish consistency and governance across teams operating with different methodologies and levels of testing maturity.Collaborate with stakeholders to document business outcomes, decisions, and project deliverables.Assist project teams with issue resolution and readiness activities throughout the conversion lifecycle.Aggregate and analyze project data across a large portfolio of initiatives using sources such as Jira, Excel, and other enterprise reporting tools.Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies) to improve reporting efficiency, generate insights, summarize project status, and reduce manual administrative effort.Partner with program leadership to identify opportunities where AI and automation can enhance reporting, visibility, governance, and decision-making processes across the program.Support the development of lightweight reporting approaches that provide meaningful program insights without increasing reporting burdens on project teams.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. The Senior CAD Engineer is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of post-sale engineering deliverables for low-voltage projects. This role works closely with Sales, Preconstruction, and Operations teams to develop system designs, shop drawings, submittals, bills of materials, and installation documentation for security, access control, structured cabling, voice/data, and related systems.Skills and Responsibilities?Create and maintain shop drawings, system layouts, installation documents, and as-built drawings.?Develop bills of materials, conformance estimates, and submittal packages based on project requirements.?Review plans, specifications, and sales estimates to ensure accurate project documentation.?Coordinate with Project Managers, Sales, Operations, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.?Manage drawing revisions and document control using customer markups and field updates.?Assist with engineering support for change orders and project modifications.?Coordinate with subcontracted engineering resources as needed.?Visit project sites as needed to verify field conditions and support project execution.?Support Sales and Preconstruction teams with technical reviews and system layouts.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
