Energy Efficiency Program Manager

Englewood, CO

The Energy Efficiency Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of an energy efficiency software, including the integration of equipment-level submetering data for selected sites. This role involves managing dashboards, visualizations, data design, and filtering requirements to generate reports for Charter business units. The program manager will develop an internal framework for real-time data collection within the energy efficiency platform and support cross-functional stakeholders in gathering site information from business planners and site managers. Tracking project progress, timelines, and budgets, analyzing energy data to measure performance and savings, and preparing and presenting reports on project outcomes and ROI are key aspects of this position. Additionally, the program manager will assist the Sustainability Manager with existing energy efficiency programs, support continuous process improvements, conduct analysis, audits, and reporting on energy efficiency initiatives, and research topics related to operational practices, energy management, and eco-design. The pay range for this position starts at $40/hr and ranges up depending on years of experience. Secret RCS Modeling Engineer

Colorado Springs, CO

Insight Global is looking for a RCS Modeling Engineer to join a classified program to support Missile Tracking and Prediction. The position will be based in Colorado Springs, CO at Schriever Space Force Base. This group is responsible for the development and delivery of high-fidelity threat modeling products in support of Ground Test event simulations. The missile modeling team and qualified engineer is responsible for:Essential Functions:- Provide understanding of Radar systems and RCS phenomenology as well as Modeling and Simulation methods and processes. – Ability to develop Radar Cross Section signature models from specifications.- The Radar Cross Section (RCS) Modeling and Simulation Engineer will help develop, analyze and Quality Control RCS models, produce RCS signatures, and be responsible for the verification and validation of RCS signatures.- Effectively communicate requirements and processes to fellow engineers, system engineers, software developers. This is a long-term opportunity working directly for the prime (contract-to-hire). Pay Range: $80-150k annually. Exact compensation will vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefits are available on day one of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
