Insight Global is seeking a Director of Finance Technology Solution Delivery to lead the strategy, design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of enterprise finance platforms for a leading Global Fashion Retailer.This leader will partner with senior Finance, Technology, Legal, Procurement, Tax, and Risk stakeholders to modernize critical business processes and deliver scalable technology solutions. The portfolio includes ERP, financial close, procure-to-pay, tax, reporting, automation, and emerging AI capabilities.The ideal candidate combines enterprise finance technology expertise with strong people leadership, executive stakeholder management, and end-to-end solution delivery experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategy and roadmap for enterprise finance technology solutions.Lead the full solution delivery lifecycle, from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing support.Partner with Finance and Technology leaders to translate business priorities into scalable, user-focused solutions.Oversee enterprise finance platforms, including SAP ECC or S/4HANA, financial close, procure-to-pay, tax, and reporting solutions.Develop business cases and evaluate solution costs, ROI, total cost of ownership, platform budgets, and vendor spend.Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, governance, and performance management.Ensure solution designs meet security, data governance, internal control, audit, and SOX requirements.Guide integration, configuration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.Identify opportunities to improve Finance processes through AI, intelligent automation, Microsoft Copilot, agentic workflows, and Power Automate.Advise senior executives on technology decisions, risks, investments, and delivery priorities.Lead change management, communications, training, and adoption strategies.Build and develop a high-performing team with clear priorities, accountability, and career development opportunities.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We?re looking for a detail-oriented Payment Operations Administrator to support time-sensitive wires, funds transfers, check preparation, and daily reconciliations. These roles are deliberately task-focused and junior in scope, created to provide backfill coverage and additional capacity for teams operating at max bandwidth.Approximately 50% of the role will focus on time-sensitive wires and transfer transactions, with the remainder split between check preparation (10?15%), other processing tasks such as wallet loading for merchants (10?15%), and daily reconciliation of client accounts (25%). This is an execution-focused role within a fast-paced financial services environment.The successful candidates will help maintain the integrity of payment operations by ensuring transactions are accurate, entered correctly into banking systems, and submitted for approval before daily cut-off times. Insight Global is seeking a Manager, SAP Delivery Manager for a leading mining and natural resources client. This individual will serve as the SAP delivery lead responsible for executing a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA roadmap, migrating existing operations and newly acquired sites onto a standardized enterprise SAP template. The ideal candidate will own the full deployment lifecycle including fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, data migration, testing, cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare support. Working closely with business leaders, site stakeholders, and major implementation partners, this person will help drive operational transformation while maintaining a clean-core SAP environment.
