This individual will act as the right hand to a Program Manager within Merchandising & Planning Operations, helping drive two critical strategic programs forward. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at process mapping, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project coordination.This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, process improvement, and program delivery, supporting cross-functional teams in documenting processes, gathering requirements, managing project governance, and communicating updates to stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to senior executives. Key Programs You Will Support1. Visualization & Product Readiness ProgramSupport the evolution of visualization tools that help merchandising and planning teams better understand product flow, launch timelines, and key milestones throughout the product lifecycle.Responsibilities include:Supporting enhancements to existing visualization tools and capabilities.Documenting current and future state processes tied to product planning and launches.Coordinating timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder activities required for successful adoption.Identifying additional user groups, access requirements, and modernization opportunities within the platform.Translating business needs into functional requirements and process documentation.2. AI-Driven Product Curation ProgramSupport a strategic initiative focused on leveraging AI to improve assortment planning and product placement decisions.Responsibilities include:Working with business and AI stakeholders to understand how AI recommendations can be utilized within merchandising workflows.Supporting initiatives that analyze factors such as demographics, climate, competitive landscape, and local market characteristics when determining product placement strategies.Documenting business requirements, processes, and dependencies across teams.Assisting in the development of capabilities within existing systems to support AI-driven decision making.Partnering with internal AI subject matter experts and cross-functional business teams to drive program objectives.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is seeking a Solution Specialist II to join a dynamic team supporting an employer in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will take a lead role in designing, implementing, and supporting business and infrastructure systems in a multi cloud environment. Leveraging experience in Windows and Linux system administration, AWS, and Azure platforms, you will provide technical consulting, design architecture, and operational direction to drive infrastructure innovation and operational excellence. In this role you will contribute to automation initiatives, security and identity management, and multi-tier architecture development. You’ll also play a critical role in troubleshooting cmplex technical issues, designing disaster recovery solutions, and researching new technologies to ensure infrastructure aligns with best practices and operational needs. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Design, build, and support redundant systems, disaster recovery policies, and data archiving solutions to protect data assets.Manage and automate workloads in cloud environments, utilizing AWS cloud technologies and scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.Implement and maintain security, identity, and access management solutions, including AWS IAM and Azure SSO.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents across all environments, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.Oversee and support multi-tier architectures, including load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers, databases, and networking.Plan, deploy, and maintain Azure/AWS systems to meet operational and project requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for design strategies that leverage emerging technologies, frameworks, and processes.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) implementations.Conduct research and provide recommendations on new technologies and standards to support procurement and development efforts.Develop and maintain high-quality documentation to ensure clear communication of technical solutions and processes.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
