Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a People & Performance Benefits Specialist to join a leading insurance organization in Surrey, BC. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for employee benefits programs, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, vendors, and leadership to ensure the successful administration, enhancement, and compliance of the organization?s total rewards offerings.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in benefits administration, disability management, and vendor relations, along with a passion for creating a positive employee experience through competitive and effective benefits programs.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesManage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement, wellness, and leave-related benefitsCoordinate new hire benefit enrollments, employee life event changes, retiree benefits, and ongoing employee supportMaintain and validate benefits data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliancePartner with Payroll to manage benefit deductions, reconciliations, and reportingLead annual and bi-annual benefits processes, including open enrollment and renewalsWork closely with external vendors and brokers to evaluate plan performance, negotiate renewals, and recommend program enhancementsAnalyze market trends and employee feedback to improve benefits offerings and support attraction and retention strategiesSupport mergers and acquisitions by conducting benefit comparisons, recommendations, and employee communicationsDevelop and manage employee wellness initiatives and programsAdminister disability management programs, including short-term disability, long-term disability, workers’ compensation, and leave of absence processesEnsure compliance with applicable employment legislation, benefits regulations, and company policiesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Our client is seeking a Product Developer to help bring packaging and physical product concepts to life. This position sits at the intersection of creativity and technical execution, taking projects from initial concept and client requirements through development, sampling, production, and post-production review. The successful candidate will work across packaging, rigid boxes, and cut-and-sew products, with a strong focus on paper, paperboard, and textiles. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing design, problem-solving, manufacturing considerations, and hands-on product development. – Develop packaging, rigid box, and cut-and-sew products from concept through production.- Create structural dielines, technical specifications, production artwork, technical flats, mockups, and print-ready files.- Collaborate with Account Management, Creative, Operations, suppliers, and clients to move projects forward and resolve technical challenges.- Review and approve technical specifications, artwork, samples, and pre-press files.- Prepare presentation materials, visual proofs, and physical mockups for internal and client review.- Coordinate sample development with suppliers and provide clear technical instructions.- Review prototypes and production samples, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.- Support production teams by answering technical questions and assisting with design-related manufacturing challenges.- Maintain organized project files, version control, technical documentation, and revision histories.- Contribute to continuous improvement of specifications, templates, and development processes.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
