Insight Global is looking for a Financial Accountant for the world’s largest industrial auctioneering company and trusted global marketplace for insights, services, and transaction solutions for commercial assets and vehicles. The Financial Accountant is responsible for general accounting tasks related to period end closing, SOX / financial statement audit support, and other Financial Operations accounting related work and compliance. Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Principal Engineer, Outfitting to support a large Vancouver based shipbuilding client in designing, reviewing, and carrying out engineering and technical tasks. The role offers guidance and expertise to the engineering team and supports engineers in developing technical and operationally sound solutions. This position is responsible for ensuring the overall technical compliance of the design, ensuring it is safe, functional, and meets customer and class standards.What You’ll Do?Provides engineering and design expertise in Marine Outfitting Systems, including fire protection, insulation, structural openings, stairs, handrails, paint, gratings, lifesaving gear, cranes, winches, davits, and interior joiner design. Prepare design and calculation packages for contract compliance.?Analyzes information, identifies methods, processes, steps, and needed plant, machinery, and equipment to design and improve manufacturing or material systems, ensuring the final product meets cost and quality standards.?Designs engineering solutions and validates the process to achieve a design brief that meets organizational and regulatory standards. Provides technical authority, delegates to engineers, and approves changes to requirements.?Analyzes information, drafts engineering standards and specifications, and assesses the effectiveness of these standards within one’s engineering discipline to ensure work meets quality requirements. Insight Global is looking to hire a Sr. Data Engineer for a retail client based in Vancouver. This role is a hybrid position and requires 3 days onsite per week in Downtown Vancouver. You will be joining a team that works heavily with customer data?owning the customer data pipelines that gather data coming from multiple sources and consolidating that data for different use cases. Some use cases include segmentation, data and analytics, advanced analytics for ML models to generate product recommendations, etc.You will have a strong knowledge of the Azure infrastructure and can build Azure pipelines.
