We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master in Pennington, NJ. In this role, the TSM will facilitate all core Agile ceremonies?including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog... refinement to enable consistent, transparent delivery across highly technical engineering teams. This person will proactively remove delivery impediments, identify risks and dependencies, and continuously improve team flow and execution within a complex enterprise environment. The TSM will serve as a key communication bridge between engineering teams, business partners, and third-party vendors, translating technical concepts into clear, stakeholder-friendly updates.
