Job Description
The E2E QA Lead position seeks a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in e-commerce and automation. The role involves leading and mentoring a QA team, defining and implementing E2E QA strategies, driving automated test suite development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of QA experience, with 3 years in a leadership role, and proven expertise in e-commerce processes, test automation tools (such as UI Path or similar RPA/dedicated test automation platforms), and Jira. Familiarity with AI concepts for QA improvement is also required.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years in Quality Assurance.
- 3+ years leading QA teams (3+ individuals).
- Proven E-commerce domain expertise (E2E processes).
- Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., UI Path or similar RPA/dedicated platforms).
- Proficiency with Jira for test management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Experience in managing SaaS solutions/subscriptions.
- Experience in utilizing UiPath as Test Automation Platform.
- Foundational knowledge of AI concepts in QA.
- Proactive engagement and quick SME integration in projects.
