The Epic Resolute PB Analyst for Community Connect is responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Professional Billing workflows for affiliated practices using Epic?s Community Connect... model. This role ensures accurate claim submission, payment posting, and billing processes for physician and clinic services. The analyst collaborates with revenue cycle teams, IT, and partner organizations to maintain system integrity and improve efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Connect Implementation & SupportConfigure and maintain Epic PB applications for Community Connect clients.Assist with onboarding new practices and tailoring workflows to their needs.Provide ongoing support for billing processes across multiple connected organizations.System Maintenance & TroubleshootingResolve break/fix issues related to claims, charge capture, and remittance.Test and validate changes in a safe environment before production.Workflow OptimizationAnalyze billing processes for Community Connect partners and recommend improvements.Implement enhancements and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Collaboration & TrainingWork closely with revenue cycle teams, finance, and IT to align system functionality with business needs.Train end-users on billing workflows and best practices.Compliance & DocumentationMaintain detailed documentation of system changes and workflows.Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.Compensation: $50/hr to $52/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
