This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced seasonal business, and values working for a close-knit, family-owned company.The Office Administrator plays a critical role in keeping the office running smoothly so our production and delivery teams can focus on supplying high-quality plant material to customers across the Midwest.Responsibilities:-Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, visitors, and deliveries-Provide administrative support to management, sales, logistics, and operations teams-Manage office calendars, meetings, and internal communications-Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases (customer, vendor, and internal records)-Assist with order processing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping or data entry tasks-Coordinate office supplies, place orders, and manage inventory for office needs-Support seasonal staffing efforts with onboarding paperwork and administrative coordination-Assist with shipping, delivery, and logistics documentation as needed-Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment-Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assignedWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
