This project is multiple billions... More of dollars in total budget, is supporting a high-tech manufacturing client, and is expected to last into 2028. As a superintendent in this role, you'll be expected to coordinate and supervise daily construction activities with other superintendents, subcontractors and trades teams, maintain your scope's project schedule, costs and quality control, and ensure a safe environment for yourself and the job site at large. The specific scope of work for this role will be dry mechanical systems such as HVAC, compressed air, gas lines, vacuum systems, etc. The initial contract will last 12 months, but extensions are likely. We can offer pay at $75/hr for this role as well as a generous per diem package for candidates who qualify. Exact compensation may differ due to education or experience. Candidates can expect to work 50-60 hours per week, if not more on occasion as needed. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, lighting, carpentry, and fire alarm systems, managing work orders, assisting with in-house construction projects, reading plans and schematics, and helping maintain a safe, comfortable environment for a fully occupied office property. This is a highly hands-on role with minimal oversight of vendors and no direct staff management responsibilities.Qualified candidates will have commercial building maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and proven troubleshooting skills.
