This role partners closely with Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Corporate Communications, Customer Care, and Commercial teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communications during cybersecurity events. Responsibilities include managing a centralized incident response intake process, triaging inquiries, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and leveraging tools such as ServiceNow to support incident management activities. The individual will help mature and scale the cybersecurity communications and governance program by developing intake workflows, communication templates, governance processes, and stakeholder roadmaps. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
