Insight Global is seeking a Data Scientist to support one of our largest telecom customers' Internet Product team. This role is heavily focused on building and deploying machine learning models that... drive business decisions across outage detection, customer segmentation, and product rollout strategy.The majority of the work will involve hands-on statistical modeling and data preparation, leveraging large internal and third-party datasets. A strong emphasis is placed on machine-learning-driven insights, particularly around detecting outages, identifying competitive performance gaps, and classifying customer usage behaviors. There will be a portion of this role that encompasses ad-hoc requests which will require creative and critical thinking for solutioning.
