Interaction Designers and work with them to create high fidelity prototypes. This person will create dynamic user interfaces that are effective and intuitive for the consumers. The ideal candidate will strive to reach the optimum combination of aesthetics and usability with the goal to constantly engage users with effective visual expressions. On a daily basis, they will work with spacing, layouts, colors, typography, iconography, graphics, and illustrations together to create compelling user experience. They will define and create the overall look and feel for the product. The Visual Designers is involved in the design execution phase, working directly with IX Designers to produce design deliverables. They also work at forefront sometimes, using trend curves to drive innovative digital solutions, and creating illustrations and video demos to visualize concepts and tell user stories. They will also be required to-quickly create high fidelity mock ups that simply, elegant and technically-feasible options.-They will work closely with the software team to create strong protype options and will also have to capture and resolve design inconsistencies (ex) incorrect or missing graphic resources, etc.-?
