The Retail Project Designer is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of retail design projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural development and build processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Design Manager will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver successful retail spaces.Day to Day Responsibilities include: ? Assist the Senior Manager and Design Director in coordinating all phases of retail design project, including initial drawing and as-built site reviews? Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and forecast costs. Negotiate contracts with Architects and agencies.
