Overhead lines and structures should also be noted and evaluated to determine if deliveries can be made safely.7.CS is to be on recipient?s property during first dirt deliveries. Many projects of a larger size will have more than one recipient. The CS must be onsite for all first-time deliveries to evaluate job safety, identify any hazards that may have been missed during initial review and stop the job if needed. On a large project, this may mean that multiple personnel need to be in multiple locations at the same time.8.Perform project oversight. Continue weeks and often months of daily communication with the construction team during the excavation phase of projects. Organize delivery dates with the recipients as well as with the construction team. Keep in contact with recipients to ensure proper dirt delivery. Ensure construction team is delivering the correct dirt amounts between recipients as directed by the Construction Manager.9.On projects with partial dirt giveaway approvals, monitor construction team to ensure they are delivering the right dirt to the right location (Recipient or Landfill) 10.Document project records in SharePoint (Lab Reports, Chain of Custody, Chemistry Review, Observation Report, Recipient Agreement, Sampling Plan, and Project KMZ files) as per the Records Information Management guidelines. CS Responsibilities for Recipient Collection, Review and Approval:1.Collect fully completed and signed recipient agreements, this includes validating property ownership; see Google Earth Parcel Lot Search. CS Occasional Responsibilities:1.Support other CS?s, and shift depending on workload. This includes overnight stays or taking over a yard or project on short notice.2.CS will do initial site reviews and first delivery safety visits as needed for Hub Yard CM?s for soil deliveries out of PG\u0026E consolidation yards. CS Additional Responsibilities:1.Construction Specialists can be the Observers during in situ testing if the Construction Manager for a project needs additional support.
