General Job Description: Under the direct supervision of the Senior Enterprise HCM Manager, this position will be responsible for the Implementation of the Oracle HCM suite of solutions. Serve as a senior functional and technical lead for Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Security, Integrations, Reporting, and IT teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.?
