Coordinates and conducts sewer capacity analyses, inflow and infiltration (I/I) studies, and other studies related to the wastewater collection & conveyance and reclaimed water distribution systems. Provides research and information to the Planning Department related to the Wastewater Element of the Growth Management Plan. Participates in Engineering Standard updates to assure the Standards are consistent with the latest industry technologies and materials.Attends sitework pre-construction meetings. Performs review of shop drawings, as-built survey, easements, ROW encroachments, engineers? certification, and other required closeout documentation to assure that water reclamation facilities are documented to depict compliance with the ESM. It is critical that the as-built survey and closeout documents are complete and correct to assure that the new facilities will be accurately depicted in the GIS database.Review construction plans of work within Public ROW?s where utilities may be located.
