Salary: 80k My client is seeking a skilled Residential Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Dallas area. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing residential construction... renovations and operations in the market for the residential home flipping business which operates at high volume. Some of the daily responsibilities include providing renovation estimates to the acquisition team for potential homes for them to by, driving the existing renovation, providing daily logs on on-going renovations, prepping renovations that are later in the life cycle to be listed (quality control) and taking care of potential repairs for escrows when they go to sell.
