Insight Global is looking for two Python Developer II located in Dublin, Ireland to join our Network Automation project. EOSS team members interact daily with numerous automation systems and... platforms. These systems range from correlated break-fix repair pipelines, access and coordination MOPs, vendor communication portals, server deployment and provisioning jobs, and more! EOSS works to support these systems from a Level 1 oncall and troubleshooting perspective. We are responsible for initial triage and correction of any system issues. Additionally, the EOSS team works closely with our partners to assist with development of new platform features or for new automation requests. The core focus of EOSS is helping achieve high system uptime with proactive and rapid response to failures, mitigating issues as they occur, by a team of DevOps engineers who are dedicated to the support phase of the automation development lifecycle. You build it, we support it!As a Level 2 EOSS member, you should be able to do the following:Independently work with partner teams to leverage additional resources for troubleshooting issues. Creation of meetings, understanding of what is needed to drive a ?root cause? conversation forward. A core understanding of all platforms EOSS regularly interacts with (ie Netrunbook, Netgram, Tupperware, Conveyor). Ability to troubleshoot platform issues in coordination with our platform partner teams.Ownership of project based or feature request escalations.
