This leader sets clear expectations for direct reports across departments to ensure alignment with overall company objectives while fostering a culture built on transparency, collaboration, trust, and respect. The position enforces all environmental, health, safety, and security programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness and maintains the highest product quality standards by driving the quality system across paint, colorant, and warehouse operations. The role ensures policies and procedures are consistently applied to optimize plant performance and achieve key metrics, maintains proper staffing levels through timely recruitment efforts, and leads a site team of approximately 5?7 direct reports and 50?75 indirect reports.
