Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Manager, Business Analysis to support a financial institution, serving as a key partner across business, product, and technology teams. This individual will help turn complex business challenges into actionable solutions by driving requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, risk identification, process improvement, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business analysis, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect business needs, customer outcomes, data, and technology to deliver meaningful results. Experience navigating ambiguity, influencing cross-functional teams, and supporting large-scale product or technology initiatives within a fast-paced environment is highly desired.
Compensation: $55/hr - $67/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Product Analysis, Process Improvement, Operations Analysis, or related experience
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend practical solutions
- Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, process flows, and supporting testing efforts
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience facilitating discussions across business, product, and technology teams
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, impacts, and opportunities throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Understanding of technology solutions, system integrations, and data flows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward with minimal direction
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Financial Services industry experience
- Product Development or Technology Delivery experience
- Data Analysis and Process Improvement background
- Experience with workflow analysis, process modeling, and product documentation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
