A lead defense contractor sitting in Simi Valley, CA is looking to hire an NPI Manager III. This role is responsible for leading the operational launch of new products into production. The person... will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure designs are manufacturable and ready for production builds. He/She will be responsible for driving schedules, coordinating teams, managing risks, and ensuring the product is ready to move from design into manufacturing. This person will act as the central coordinator and accountability driver across multiple teams. This role will be paying between ($136-$194/yearly depending on years of experience).
