Job Description

What You'll Do
• Run sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, retros, backlog refinement) across multiple Product Engineering teams, keeping cadences aligned when releases, migrations, and major sporting events touch multiple teams at once.
• Keep priority initiatives on track by ensuring delivery milestones, sprint goals, and roadmap commitments are progressing as planned across multiple interconnected teams.
• Coordinate cross-team production releases and post-release validation across impacted teams — tracking ownership, managing downstream dependencies, driving accountability, and unblocking issues in real time.
• Own JIRA/epic hygiene: correctly structured epics and children, actionable reporting, and clean handoffs between engineering, QA, and product.
• Track, analyze, and improve team delivery metrics, ensuring sprint health and team effectiveness continue to improve over time.
• Facilitate feature-flag rollout coordination and staged testing windows across assigned teams.
• Surface and help resolve blockers spanning GitHub access, environment availability, backend/API dependencies, and QA/SDET coordination.
• Provide both project management and program management support across multiple teams, helping teams navigate roadmap execution while maintaining visibility into the broader business objectives.
• Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans before delivery timelines or business-critical milestones are impacted.
• Track and report sprint health, release risk, dependency risk, and delivery metrics to Product Engineering leadership.
• Help teams adapt agile practices as AI coding agents change the unit of work and drive innovation through AI-enabled delivery processes.
• Act as a highly proactive delivery leader who can influence teams, motivate stakeholders, communicate effectively with leadership, and drive alignment in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
