The team is responsible for resolving incoming inquiries through a shared inbox and responding in a timely manner to maintain daily deadlines that revolve around domestic market cutoffs. This involves processing and reconciling income payments between two proprietary systems, including downloading reports and comparing payments due to clients. There will be pending entitlements that have not yet been paid and this person will need to correspond with internal Account Managers and Relationship Managers to obtain information from external clients and make necessary corrections as needed. The ideal candidate has experience working in an office setting, and displays a great attention to detail, communication, and work ethic. We can pay between $18 and $19.23 per hour.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
