Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the end-to-end lifecycle of Technology Advising engagement process, including intake, scheduling, tracking, and completion
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of systems and tools such as ServiceNow, MS Bookings, Planner, and tracking spreadsheets
• Track engagement metrics, operator feedback, and service performance to identify trends and insights
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize workflows and standardize operations
• Serve as a liaison between Technology Advisors, Operators, and DTT stakeholders to coordinate requests, communications, and follow-ups
• Contribute to development of communication materials that translate technology into simple, operator-friendly messaging
• Support script writing for short-form videos explaining technology, processes, and services
• Perform light video editing, including trimming, captioning, and formatting content for internal and Operator audiences
• Participate in or support delivery of presentations, playing a contributing role in communicating technology and insights to internal audiences

Job Description:
A restaurant client of Insight Global is looking for a strong Project Coordinator to join their corporate team. This person will be managing operational workflows, generating insights, and contributing to how technology is communicated to Operators within the restaurants. This person will be meeting with operators, understanding their painpoints/feedback on the technology within the stores and bringing those insights to leadership to make informed decisions about the future project roadmaps for the technology department to elevate those painpoints and reduce operator friction. . This role blends operations, analytics, and storytelling—ensuring Technology Advising engagements to run smoothly while translating complex technology concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable communications across written, presentation, and video formats. The role partners closely with Technology Advisors and cross-functional stakeholders to improve service delivery, enhance operator understanding, and scale the impact.

Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
