This is a complex role that will require critical thinking, computer skills, and the ability to make autonomous decisions.The Service Center Rep will perform heavy data entry (80%) and outbound calls (20%) supporting health plan enrollment. The overall objective of this position is to perform the account maintenance, billing, reconciliation, reporting and/or customer service related activities.
