On a day to day basis, candidates will attend daily vendor and production calls, maintain project trackers for timelines and aggressive due dates and work closely with a team of localization content managers to align layouts and designs within Figma. Candidates can also expect do due the following activities: Manage weekly vendor briefings through vendor portal of new digital launchesAssist with digital vendor migration Project manage translation and DTP requests for privacy, creative marketing, and local requestsCo-manage Figma projects which include manual copy routing through approvals, coordinating with vendor partners, and final QA checksCandidates should be comfortable working in a consultative environment, with external agencies to inform on project instructions, content launches and guidelines on brand voice, terminology, and style.
