We are seeking an experienced Title Examiner to support a growing title production team. This role focuses on reviewing 70% residential / 30% commercial files. You will receive completed abstracts... from in-person searchers and convert those searches into accurate, compliant title commitments. This includes examining chains of title, reviewing metes-and-bounds legal descriptions, validating searcher findings, and ensuring all requirements and exceptions are properly documented.You will play a key role in quality control, verifying the accuracy of searches performed by field examiners and supporting the team as production volume increases. While full searches are not part of this role, strong judgment, issue-spotting, and commitment drafting skills are essential.
