The Network Engineer IV ? Palo Alto Prisma will be responsible for 24?7 operational support, escalation, and lifecycle management of enterprise Prisma SD WAN and Prisma Access solutions within... Managed Services and Network as a Service (NaaS) environments. This role serves as a Tier 3 escalation engineer, supporting complex global, hybrid, and cloud customer networks, leading high severity incident response, and ensuring service quality, stability, and customer satisfaction. The engineer works cross functionally with Managed Services, Security, Network, Engineering, Presales, Product, and Service Management teams, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to platform maturity, automation, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities?Provide Tier 3, 24?7 operational support for Prisma SD WAN, Prisma Access, GlobalProtect, IPsec, and FWaaS?Lead major incident response, customer communications, and root cause analysis?Own the full service lifecycle: onboarding, changes, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning?Design and validate secure, resilient Prisma SASE architectures with proper routing, segmentation, and HA?Support advanced routing and SD WAN (BGP required, OSPF) across global WANs?Enable and troubleshoot cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP)?Support Zero Trust services including ZTNA, SWG, and identity integrations?Drive automation, observability, documentation, and operational standardization?Mentor Tier 1/2 engineers and support cross vendor SASE/SD WAN environments as neededWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
