Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Sales Representative for a client in the biotech/wellness-therapy industry. Our client is looking for an experienced, high-performing Sales Representative to join... their team. This role will be remote in Orange County or surrounding areas with occasional travel as needed. You?ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and supporting our clients through the onboarding process. This role offers uncapped commission potential and the ability to work remotely with required travel to industry-leading events across the country as needed. Core Responsibilities include: ? Own the full outbound sales process: prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, demo, and close? Identify, research, and engage decision-makers in the clients target verticals: holistic health, wellness centers, biohacking studios, fitness clubs, and more? Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, and industry reports to build qualified lead lists? Craft personalized outreach sequences via email, phone, social, and video? Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up and education? Respond strategically to inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified sales opportunities? Maintain detailed records and pipeline updates in CRM (HubSpot or similar)? Attend 6?8 premier industry events per year to support lead gen and client onboarding?
