Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Web Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving data-informed marketing strategies through scalable analytics solutions, reporting frameworks, and actionable business insights. This is a hybrid technical and analytical role: the ideal candidate can both build the measurement infrastructure (tagging, tracking, reporting) and analyze the resulting data to tell a clear story through dashboards and insights. Success requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, data governance awareness, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow into evolving responsibilities.

This role manages digital measurement and tracking capabilities, transforms complex data into meaningful visualizations, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate marketing performance, optimize customer experiences, and support strategic decision-making. Over time, this person will also help establish foundational analytics infrastructure for global (European and Asian) teams that do not currently have dedicated support for this work.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com. To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.
