You will work closely with engineering to translate distributed systems concepts (Kafka streaming, real-time pricing services, inventory services) into clear product requirements and platform capabilities. As we continue to build out this service and related APIs, it will be used to not only power our maps at Ticketmaster, but also pricing and inventory information throughout the site, our offerings on third party partners, and many of our marketing campaigns. This role has no people management responsibilities and leads through influence, structure, and execution excellence. Areas of Responsibilities ? Own end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs from planning through launch and adoption ? Translate ambiguous objectives into clear roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans ? Drive alignment across product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and operations ? Run program operating rhythms (planning, tracking, risk management, executive updates) ? Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early and drive timely decisions ? Ensure solutions are launched, adopted, and delivering business impact ?
