Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep Transportation Management Systems (TMS) expertise to support the evolution of a transportation and logistics technology platform. This individual will work closely with engineering, operations, transportation, fulfillment, and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage product backlogs, and deliver enhancements that improve transportation planning, execution, and visibility.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Product Manager who has experience owning products within transportation, supply chain, or logistics environments and can drive delivery from concept through implementation.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• 2+ years of Product Management experience focused on Transportation Management Systems (TMS), logistics technology, or supply chain platforms
• Hands-on experience managing requirements, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery execution
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with a track record of delivering platform enhancements
• Experience partnering with engineering, operations, transportation, fulfillment, and business teams
• Deep understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Knowledge of transportation operations, carrier management, shipment planning, and logistics execution
• Experience with parcel, LTL, FTL, drayage, intermodal, and/or last-mile transportation workflows
Experience with system integrations across OMS, WMS, ERP, and supply chain platforms
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Shipment creation, routing, and load planning
• Carrier onboarding and carrier network management
• Rate shopping and freight cost optimization
• Freight audit and payment processes
• Shipment tracking, visibility, and exception management
• Transportation planning and execution workflows

• Third-party logistics (3PL) integrations
• Returns logistics and reverse supply chain processes
