The IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for: ? Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support IT network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, WAPs)? Provide Tier 1?2 network and server support, including occasional after-hours support? Support Windows virtual server environments? Provide Tier 1 SAP ERP support, including monitoring, analysis, and issue resolution? Act as liaison between site users and corporate IT/HQ support teams? Support IT infrastructure build-outs (server rooms, patch rooms, hardware/software installs)? Maintain network and infrastructure documentation per corporate and regulatory requirements? Support backup and restore processes for manufacturing systems? Work with vendors for troubleshooting, installations, and reliability improvements? Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and quality standards? Follow all safety, environmental, and PPE requirements?
