Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Recruiter to support its Spend Management team. This individual will act as a strategic talent partner, supporting hiring across procurement and strategic sourcing functions within a healthcare/hospital environment.
This role requires a consultative recruiter who can manage a high-volume workload while partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent across mid-level to senior roles
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 15–30 open requisitions across the Spend Management team
• Recruit for procurement and strategic sourcing roles, including consultants and corporate hires
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the full hiring lifecycle (intake → onboarding)
• Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on:
o Talent market insights
o Interview processes
o Candidate selection strategies
• Recruit within a healthcare/hospital provider environment, supporting sourcing and procurement-related roles
• Facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring alignment between client expectations and candidate needs
• Utilize ATS platforms (Workday, Eightfold) to manage workflows, reporting, and candidate tracking

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing 15+ concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Background in recruiting for healthcare, hospital, or clinical environments
• Understanding of procurement and strategic sourcing functions
o (Direct spend categories such as medical/surgical supplies, labs, equipment, food, IT)
• Experience with Workday and Eightfold
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
