Liaise with HOAs and insurance agents to obtain necessary documentation, relieving branches of this responsibility.Documentation Review:Use tools like CPM (Condo Project Manager) and CPA (Condominium Project Approval) to determine required documentation before ordering. Review project documentation for eligibility and compliance.Compliance & Eligibility:Ensure projects meet Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines. Maintain approved/declined project lists and manage expiration dates.Evaluate non-warrantable condo projects for risk and eligibility based on investor overlays and company policy.Customer Service:Provide excellent service to internal teams including loan officers, processors, and underwriters. Communicate clearly about project status and additional documentation needs.Administrative Support:Maintain organized records of project files and correspondence.
